The goal of Engage is to quickly and cost-effectively engage the Indian market and develop an in-country presence for sales and business development.

Building a local presence in India can be complex and risky.  Through our subsidiary in India, Wesley Clover Communication Solutions, we simplify and de-risk your market entry by providing a trusted partner in your sales and business development in India.  We offer two categories of services:  Dedicated business development and full product support and distribution.   These services are not mutually exclusive.  Indeed, most of our clients undertake both services simultaneously.

Dedicated Business Development

Our Dedicated Business Development service gives you the direct control over a business development manager hosted by our subsidiary in India, Wesley Clover Communication Solutions.  This service is focused on your target market, with dedicated business development manager or managers with relevant industry experience.  These managers are hosted by us, but are guided by you.  On your behalf we will search out candidates to present to you for selection, hire them, host them in our modern office facilities, provide local management functions including payroll, benefits and expense management, and help guide their performance in the business development role defined by you.

Product Distribution

Our subsidiary in India, Wesley Clover Communication Solutions, sole mandate is to accelerate your market entry in to India.  We offer complete product distribution services for your products in India, including:

• Post-sales customer support
• Technical services including field trial support, product installation, sparing
• Product training
• Demonstration center
• In-country marketing, including trade show participation
